This Machine is Hydraulic system to close molds and pneumatic system to move molds, PLC computer control, easy to operate. This machine also finished the product and Stripping automatically, no need people.









This machine produce below 1.25liter plastic bottle for sauce bottle,detergent bottle,cosmetic bottle,milk bottle and medicine bottle, with auto deflashing ,like below pictuers. 

The double head blow molding machine production capicity  is about 500pcs per hour to produce 1.25 liter bottle. The sinle head machine can produce max 3liter bottle .The plastic bottle material can be PE ,PP PVC,PETG.

This double head blow molding machine is running reliable stability.

After Sales Service: buyer should pay for all fees for flight, accommodation and etc, seller’s engineer could come to buyers’ factory to install and adjust machine! Engineer cost 80 USD per day. 

Warrenty: We warranty the quality of this machine for 12 months, if there is any problem with the machine, or any main parts are broken, we will repair it or replace new for free.
